Thank you for downloading my “Testimonial Collection” Notion template!
This one-page template is designed to help you gather and organise testimonials from your customers. The database will help you easily manage and showcase your valuable customer feedback.
Let’s explore how you can make the most of this template!

How to use this database

  1. Start by importing this template into your Notion workspace: click “Duplicate” in the top right corner & log in to your Notion account to add the template to your workspace.
  1. Feedback form: If you use a feedback form to collect testimonials, add the link of your form at the top of the page.
  1. Add testimonials: Use the “New” button to enter your testimonial’s details:
      • Customer name: customer’s full name
      • Company: name of the customer’s company or organisation (if applicable)
      • Role/position: the customer’s job title or role (if applicable)
      • Testimonial date: the date when the testimonial was provided
      • Testimonial text: the actual testimonial message shared by the customer
  1. Add permissions: Indicate whether the testimonial can be shared publicly by selecting “Yes” or “No” under the “Permission to Share” property.
  1. Include attachments: Attach relevant files, such as screenshots, images, audio recordings, or videos, to enhance and enrich your testimonials.
  1. Record the source: specify the method or channel where you collected the testimonial (email, social media, feedback form)

  • Multiple database views: Choose from various views, such as “All Testimonials”, “Public Testimonials”, “Private Testimonials”, “Testimonials by Source”, and “Testimonials with Attachments”. Select the view that suits your needs best.
  • Comprehensive testimonial details: Capture essential information (including customer details, date, permissions and attachments) to maintain a complete record of each testimonial.
  • Attachment support: Easily include attachments like screenshots, images, or videos to provide visual context and strengthen the impact of the testimonials.
  • Permission management: Clearly identify which testimonials can be shared publicly and which are intended for internal use only.
  • Efficient testimonial search: Easily find testimonials with specific attributes or attachments using the template’s filtering capabilities. This makes it quick and convenient to locate testimonials you need for various purposes.
